Gluten Free Spicy Banana Flax Bread

Gluten Free Spicy Banana Flax BreadThis dense gluten free bread will leave you with a digestive tract that couldn’t be happier. The staple ingredient in this recipe is ground flax seeds.  This superfood is extremely high in fiber and essential fatty acids that help clean you from the inside out. In the cold winter I like to add a little spice or kick to my foods to help keep me warm. By using powdered cayenne pepper, this adds a tiny surprise to your taste buds with every single bite.
