Lemon Pepper Baked Salmon

Image 6This is one of my ‘go-to’ protein and healthy fat choices when it comes to preparing a quick and delicious piece of fish from the ocean. Salmon is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, which makes it a powerful ‘brain food’ due to it’s high EPA and DHA content. The human brain is more than 60% structural fat and for brain cells to function properly, this structural fat needs to be primarily omega-3 fats.  Give your brain a boost by taking 2-minutes to season the fish, and only 8-minutes to bake it.
