Pineapple Ginger HydratingThe summer heat can sometimes hit you like a ton of bricks. Feelings of extreme lethargy, coupled with dry mouth and dehydration can leave you begging for cold winter days again. UGH! Kick the summer heat with this extremely hydrating, zing in your step cocktail. Made with only 4 ingredients, each nutrient brings its own twist to the drink.

  • Pineapple makes it sweet, and soothes the intestinal lining from its bromelain content
  • Ginger wakes you up and adds a little fresh spice, while boosting your immune system with his high contents of zinc
  • Coconut water adds a tropical flavor while keeping you extremely hydrated
  • Lemon adds a zing and provides you with an alkaline ash which helps reduce acidity in the body

Naturally Nora Tips:

  • Drink on its own as a hydrating afternoon beverage
  • Spice it up for an afternoon bbq of summer night party by adding your favourite liquor (so far my favourite is good ol’ vodka)
