Guest Bio
Holly is a certified Fertility Awareness Method Educator, Licensed Acupuncturist, and Arvigo Abdominal Massage Therapist. Her passion for periods and fertility stem from a long history of anorexia which resulted in menstrual cycle irregularities. One of the key components in Holly's personal journey was uncovering what was really going on with her body and hormones through charting with the Fertility Awareness Method. She has used FAM to prevent pregnancy naturally, assess her overall health and to conceive her almost 4 year old daughter. She now works with other women that are TTC through guiding them in learning to track and chart their cycles, optimize their fertility, and conceive their babies with natural methods.
