GUEST BIO

Kitty Blomfield is the co-founder of Nustrength and Saturee. She spent 17 years of her life jumping from diet to diet, obsessing about my weight and suffering from shitty periods, poor sleep, digestive issues and binge eating. In 2015 she found the work of Emma Sgourakis - The Nutrition Coach and met Craig. What she learnt about nutrition and strength training transformed her body and health and repaired her relationship with food. She went on to develop a program to help other women like herself and partnered with Emma to form Saturée because she just couldn't find skincare to recommend to our clients.
